(Recipe) Asian Scallop Tartare

5 Large scallops
Scallions
Coriander

1 tbsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Chilli oil with chilli bits

2 tbsp Soya sauce
0.5 tbsp Worcester sauce
2 tsp Sugar

1. Slice each scallop into 3 pieces, about 5-10mm slices.
2. Mix and heat all the oil.
3. Garnish the scallop slices with scallions first.
4. Pour the hot oil over the scallop to warm it up.
5. After 1 min or so, pour the soy sauce, worcester sauce and sugar mix over the scallop.
6. Enjoy!
