Messy but otherwise perfect smash burger from the mothership of all @shakeshack at MSP.

The color profile is exactly what you would imagine. Green lettuce that’s green and not wilted, red tomato, bright yellow cheese, brown crusty patty with pinkish interior, and a golden-brown potato bun.

Taste-wise, it is full of salty beefy goodness.

Texture-wise, I could still feel each individual coarse mince instead of a mushy grind.
