Twenty Five Degrees

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

What a burger! Some thoughts I have:

  1. The sweet potato fries are fried really well – crisp without being charred. Thick enough to taste the soft center, thin enough that there is a good amount of crunch in each bite.
  2. The tater tots nacho is not bad. The salsa reminds me of oyster for some reason. The jalapeños are spicy, so watch out. I like tater tots so this appetiser is right up my alley.
  3. The burger patty is cooked to a perfect medium while its exterior is very well charred!
  4. The meat blend used gives the burger a strong savoury beefy taste that lingers long after the meal!
  5. The bun could be a little denser. Nevertheless, it held up to the patty really and wasn’t soggy at any point of the meal.
  6. I like the idea of placing the veg at the side instead of forcing it into the burger.
  7. The thick slice of tomato was exactly what was needed to complete to burger.

Singapore has upped its burger game! I would never have expected a burger this good at a price below $15.

Now to bask in burger bliss…
