Japan size tonkotsu ramen with garlic oil. I think it is very similar to Bari Uma, except for the Char Siu.
- Char Siu looks dry, but is actually quite tender. The fat is well rendered. Be sure to warm it up in the broth.
- The noodle is cooked well, I should have requested for hard noodles. It is an option so do remember to customize it to your preference.
- The soup is a little salty, definitely not something you should finish. Good gelatinous mouthfeel.
Slurp worthy bowl of noodle, especially if you like garlic! It is the ramen for people who are sick of classic tonkotsu and looking for something slightly different without deviating too much.
