Dim Sum is ok, but the price is a little difficult to stomach at $60 a pax. Using ingredients like caviar and abalone on dim sum feels like a strategy to inflate prices, not elevate the dish. The dim sum buffet (not available at the OCBC branch) is probably more worth it.
The carrot cake is amazing, but not worth $28 per serving in my opinion.
And please, for the love of god, don’t use steaming baskets with bright yellow rim…
