Roast 88

There are roast meats and Roast Meats. This is the latter 🤤

The char siu is made from Bu Jian Tian if I’m not wrong. Good amount of burnt bits, and well-coated in maltose. Meat is soft and fatty. Roast pork is ok, could use more salt, but otherwise, the crunch is real O.o

Now, onto the main event – the roast duck. It is perfumed with a strong fragrance of charcoal and incredibly plump, which can’t be said for most roast ducks in SG. Each slice of duck is oozing with flavor from the rendered fat. Who needs #duckconfit when we can have a slice of meat heaven right here 🙂
