2. Well charred and tender char siu.
3. Springy noodle
4. Umami sauce and tangy sweet chili
5. LARD

My biggest gripe with wanton noodle is that most excel in only 1 or 2 of the 4. For a wanton mee that is excellent in all 4? Oh my god….
