Tried some muffins from @ajdelightssg and boy was it a treat – tender crumb that is moist, airy while maintaining a bounce ever so slightly (think moist chiffon). The green(tea) monster is perfumed with matcha throughout and the chocolate banana muffin is a banana bread high on cocoa powder. You can’t just order a chocolate one and think you have tried every other chocolate variation because each one is truly unique (based on my sample size of 4).

Why pay more for fancy cupcakes when a well baked muffin tastes so much better, all for less than $2.50! I’m now a fan.

Pro tip: microwave for 10 – 20 sec before consumption.
