The noodles is thicker than usual and has a nice bite. The sauce is a combination of lard, umami bomb and spicy chili. By spicy, I mean please squeeze in moderation the bottle in moderation. Look at how red the chili is! If anyone has any idea how the umami sauce is made, please let me know O.o
